Voices

Voices was established by Eileen Mitchard in the fall of 2009 as an organization devoted to affecting change in regards to Breast Cancer. The way that Voices raises awareness, educates and advocates is through the use of a monthly newsletter, an original musical show called “Breast In Show”, a blog, speaking engagements and this website.

VoicesBC (the official name in the State of Maryland) is the company that is producing “Breast In Show” in the Metropolitan Washington DC area in October 2010. This is a groundbreaking production that takes the audience on a roller coaster of emotions just like the disease. The show is being written by Lisa Hayes and Joan Cushing. Net proceeds of this show will be donated to non-profits in the local area that are serving people undergoing treatment. READ MORE
